Meal Choice Details 
Beef - Filet Mignon served with a green peppercorn sauce, pommes puree and seasonal vegetables. 
Fish -  Fresh Salmon served on a bed of lentils with a watercress sauce beurre vert and Nante baby carrots 
Vegetarian - Wild Mushroom Ravioli served with Porcini mushroom and brown sage sauce, artichoke hearts and tomatoes
